With easy access to I-5 and I-205, the Sequoia Grove Industrial Park made the perfect location for Student Transportation of America (STA), which will be the main tenant on the 5-acre site. Student Transportation of America Inc. is a subsidiary of Student Transportation Inc., the third largest independent provider of student transportation and management services in North America. STA recently won several contracts in Oregon, including Canby School District, Lake Oswego School District and Tigard-Tualatin School District.

This project will be completed in two phases featuring Building A (39,000 square feet) and Building C (8,400 square feet). Currently, STA will move into Building C and use the majority of the site (60,000 square feet) to store vehicles and equipment for their operations. Both buildings will consist of concrete tilt-up walls and storefront glazing that takes advantage of the natural light in the office spaces. Building A will be constructed during phase two. The contractor is Lanphere Construction & Development (LCD Construction).
