Like many manufacturers in Oregon in recent years, DeMarini Sports, a leading manufacturer of softball and baseball bats, quickly outgrew their existing facility at Westmark Center Industrial Park. VLMK designed the original building back in 1997 and provided full design services for the single-story 37,000 square foot addition made to the existing facility in 2016, which expanded their production line and incorporated two new custom paint lines.

This project includes a 4,000 square foot remodel of their office space expanding their employee break room and incorporating a new employee lounge, customer service center, sustainable energy efficient lighting, and updated finishes throughout. The project also includes new restrooms and offices for the manufacturing area.
