Located in the Port of Vancouver’s Centennial Industrial Park, this new facility will consolidate operations from Sunlight Supply’s three facilities. The 306,000 square foot building features local Northwest finishes, including heavy timber canopies soaring 22 feet high at all the major entrances, natural landscaping throughout the exterior and a spectacular water feature at the main entrance. In addition to showcasing Sunlight Supply’s landscaping abilities throughout the building, two experimental greenhouses will be built for testing the products Sunlight Supply manufactures. Due to good master planning by the Port, the stormwater ties directly into the existing system in the street.

The interior finishes will most likely include colored accents matching the Sunlight logo in signage at each door, carpet accent color, and tile in the bathrooms. Employees will enjoy a large lunch area, fitness room, outdoor gazebo and picnic area and a half-sized basketball court.
