Originally built in 1972, Valley Mall has now expanded to over 590,000 square feet of enclosed shopping and entertainment stores. Working with CenterCal Properties and C2K Architecture, VLMK provided comprehensive engineering services for the shell buildings and tenant improvement work at the mall. Some of these tenant projects include: JC Penney, Bed, Bath and Beyond, Forever 21, Kohl’s, Carter’s, Rue 21, US Cellular, and Eddie Bauer.
