We are thrilled to introduce Chris Palmateer as the new President of VLMK Engineering + Design. His leadership will undoubtedly steer the company to new heights as we embark on this exciting journey. “I am honored to take on this new role as President of VLMK Engineering + Design,” said Chris Palmateer. “I look forward to building on the strong foundation laid by Fred Van Domelen and working closely with our talented team to shape the future of our firm. Our commitment to excellence and innovation remains unwavering.”

Chris and Greg on the front steps of VLMKGreg Blefgen’s contributions to VLMK Engineering + Design is immeasurable, and we are grateful for his commitment to our team and clients. Blefgen joined VLMK in May of 1989 after working with the Army Corp of Engineers. In 2002, founder Fred Van Domelen passed his role as president to Blefgen before fully retiring.  During Blefgen’s time as the company leader, VLMK expanded and refined their services within the industrial development community, grew the staff to 44 individuals across three offices in three different states and oversaw the rebranding from VLMK Consulting Engineers to VLMK Engineering + Design. As he moves into his advisory role, we are confident that his guidance will continue to be a valuable asset.
