This project includes a two-story, 24,847 square foot addition to Tinitron’s existing building at Westmark Industrial Park in Hillsboro, Oregon. Tinitron Inc. is a manufacturer of power supplies, transformers, magnetic components, power correction facilities, and innovative power solutions. VLMK designed the original building in 2008. The addition blends seamlessly with their existing building and includes a second floor area with storefront windows for the new office area. Two loading docks and two grade level overhead doors were added to the new building.
