VLMK Engineering + Design is providing structural engineering for the Bakery Block Phase 1 & 2 projects located in Beaverton, OR. The building was originally a Queen Anne style residence built in 1887. It was also the home of the Beaverton Bakery for 93 years.

This project included a huge variety of structural systems and different materials. It also had varying roof levels which made for a complicated lateral analysis.
