Anchored by key attractions like New Seasons Market and the luxurious Cinetopia theater, this 20-acre development is strategically positioned near Bull Mountain, an area known for its affluent demographics and growing population.

VLMK worked with C2K Architecture to provide structural engineering services for Cinetopia at Progress Ridge, a pioneer in the cinema industry with its mix of seven Grand Auditoriums and five “living room” style theaters, known as Movie Parlors, along with the inclusion of Vinetopia, a restaurant and wine bar, elevates the traditional movie-going experience.
