Size: 13,000 SF | Locations: Portland, OR| Client: Don Small & Sons Oil Distribution

The Portland Mitsubishi Fuso project consisted of a new 13,000 sq. ft., single-story, concrete tilt-up building and site development located at 4455 NE 150^th Court in Portland, Oregon.  This facility will be occupied by Don Small and Sons Oil Distribution – a local trucking and fuel distribution company that started in the Seattle-Tacoma area over 60 years ago.  To meet their requirements, the 2.16 acre site had to be designed to provide exterior storage, truck bays, loading dock and a secure yard area.  Building requirements included 3,000 sf of office/showroom area, in addition to providing 10,000 sf of interior truck bay/work area.

VLMK Engineering + Design provided the Project Management, Site Planning, Architectural Design, Structural Engineering, and Civil Engineering for this project.  VLMK also coordinated all required permitting and provided standard engineering assistance to the contractor during construction. The contractor was Brokamp & Jaeger.
