By providing comprehensive civil and structural engineering services, VLMK has facilitated the creation of a state-of-the-art combined manufacturing and distribution warehouse located within the bustling Canby’s Industrial Park.

Spanning an impressive 178,000 square feet, the new facility is meticulously designed to streamline operations, featuring 171,400 square feet dedicated to warehousing and an additional 6,600 square feet allocated for office space. This strategic expansion not only significantly enhances Stanton Furniture’s production and distribution capabilities but also establishes the site as the new headquarters for the company, marking a new chapter in its illustrious history. The project incorporates a modern concrete tilt-up warehouse structure, surrounded by 15 acres of expertly planned site work. This comprehensive development is tailored to support the complex needs of Stanton Furniture’s manufacturing processes, distribution logistics, and administrative functions, ensuring the company’s continued growth and success in the competitive furniture industry.
