VLMK Engineering + Design provided planning, architectural design, structural engineering, permitting, construction phase services for Tropical Speedway Commerce Center located at 6150 East Tropical Parkway, North Las Vegas, NV 89115, located in the Speedway submarket of North Las Vegas, NV with immediate access to 1-15 and the Tropical Parkway Interchange.

The Tropical Speedway Commerce Center project is a 8.87-acre (+/-) industrial development. This project completed construction in spring 2023 and is comprised of two buildings built in two phases. Phase 1 building is approximately 150,000 square feet and Phase 2 building is approximately 148,300 square feet. The project is intended to provide multi-tenant industrial lease space for a variety of warehousing and distribution activities. Target tenants include mid-sized light industrial/distribution type companies.
