Conveniently located near I-205 and the new Sunrise Corridor Bypass, 205 Logistics is a 190,600 SF speculative industrial building complete with 32 foot clear heights, an ESFR fire suppression system for high pile storage, 180 foot truck court for easy truck and car maneuvering and parking, LED lighting throughout, a stormwater system that is 100% infiltrated and treated onsite and the possibility of future rail service for tenants.
The shell building was designed to accommodate one to four tenants with offices located at each corner and in the center of the building. Architectural canopies span across the entire dock and at each office entry. The project was fast tracked by coordinating with Clackamas County for early foundation and grading permits so that construction could start as soon as possible.
