The newest addition to the Speedway Commerce Center, Speedway III, is 390,000 square feet of prime light industrial space that can accommodate tenants 17,000 square feet and above, and features 32 foot clear heights, LED office and warehouse lighting, and ESFR sprinkler systems throughout all units. VLMK designed the  project for Harsch Investment Properties.
